Pricing FAQ

The fine print, in plain language.

How does the 30-day free trial work?
Watch starts with a 30-day free trial. You'll see your own catalog, findings, and analytics before you pay. Cancel during the trial and you owe nothing.
What counts as a “tracked ASIN”?
Any ASIN in your imported or connected catalog that ASINRx actively monitors. Watch pricing is tiered by how many we track — $299/month covers smaller catalogs and steps up from there — and we show you your tier before you pay, rather than silently monitoring a subset.
Are there any other fees?
No setup fees, no per-seat fees, and no usage surprises. Watch is a flat monthly price for your catalog tier. Resolve is the quoted monthly fee in your order form — anything beyond it (for example, a scope expansion you request) is agreed in writing first.
How do cancellations and refunds work?
Cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current paid period; fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law or your order form says otherwise. The details live in the Terms of Service.
How does the Resolve pilot work?
Resolve typically starts with a paid 60–90 day pilot: full monitoring plus managed resolution on your live catalog, with a defined scope and a review at the end. Incidents are stochastic — a pilot long enough to catch real ones is more honest than a two-week demo.
Is pricing final?
This is early-access pricing. Early-access customers keep the pricing they sign up under for at least their first 12 months; after that, any renewal price change comes with at least 30 days' notice, per the Terms.
Do you charge sales tax?
Prices exclude taxes; where sales tax applies to your jurisdiction it's added at checkout or on the invoice.
