Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: August 1, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) is part of the ASINRx Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings in the Terms. Customer is responsible for its Authorized Users and for activity conducted through its accounts, keys, integrations, exports, agents, and MCP clients.

1. General rule

Use the Services only for lawful, authorized business activities described in the Agreement. Do not use or help another person use the Services in a way that harms a person, system, network, Amazon, ASINRx, or another customer, or that violates law, contract, intellectual property, privacy, security, or Amazon policy.

2. Amazon authorization and credentials

You must not:

• access an Amazon account, brand, report, ASIN portfolio, or information unless you are the authorized selling partner or have documented authority from it;
• share or request an Amazon password, secret/access key, session cookie, verification code, Solution Provider Portal credential, or other shared credential;
• ask ASINRx personnel to use a customer's primary Amazon login;
• bypass Amazon's prescribed OAuth, secondary-user, role, approval, or authorization process;
• ask a user to manually or programmatically transfer information from an Amazon portal to avoid an API restriction, authorization requirement, quota, fee, or policy;
• keep a key, token, grant, or user active after it is no longer needed;
• avoid or aggregate quotas across accounts, applications, regions, or keys; or
• conceal the identity, ownership, purpose, or changes of an application or organization from Amazon.

If ASINRx approves portal access for a specific support task, use a unique, minimum-permission secondary user. Never share the customer's primary account.

3. Amazon Information

You must not use the Services or any output to:

• sell, license, publish, syndicate, or provide an external data service based on information retrieved from Amazon APIs, portals, public websites, or services;
• aggregate information across authorized customers to create or disclose benchmarks, competitor intelligence, market-wide insights, or a shared data product;
• disclose one authorized customer's information to another;
• use Amazon Information for advertising, audience targeting, review manipulation, product-review generation, or identifying or reaching Amazon customers;
• use Amazon customer personal information except for a role and purpose expressly approved by Amazon and ASINRx;
• retain or copy Amazon Information beyond the permitted purpose or period;
• remove source, authorization, account, or retention labels;
• mine, crawl, scrape, spider, or robotically collect Amazon websites or services unless Amazon has expressly authorized the exact method;
• reverse engineer Amazon services or bypass a CAPTCHA, bot control, access restriction, technical protection, or request to cease; or
• use Amazon Information, materials, or services to develop, train, fine-tune, evaluate for improvement, or otherwise improve a machine-learning, multimodal, or generative-AI model.

Customer may use a permitted ASINRx analysis only for the authorized customer's own Amazon activity. Customer must secure any export and delete downstream copies when no longer needed.

4. AI, agents, and automation

An automated system or AI agent that accesses or interacts with Amazon must:

• clearly identify itself as automated;
• use the user-agent or other identifier Amazon prescribes;
• operate only within documented permissions and Customer's explicit authorization;
• disclose important assumptions, source freshness, calculations, and AI use;
• never impersonate human navigation or conceal automation;
• never bypass a security or anti-bot control; and
• stop immediately if Amazon or ASINRx requests.

No agent may autonomously change an Amazon listing, offer, account, case, permission, or setting unless ASINRx has enabled that exact action and recorded Customer's action-level authorization. Human review is mandatory for AI-generated content and material business decisions.

Do not enable model training, provider feedback, conversation history, or secondary use when sending Customer Data or Amazon Information to an AI or MCP provider. Do not use a consumer AI account for such data.

5. Security and privacy

You must not:

• probe, scan, exploit, disrupt, overload, or circumvent the Services;
• access or attempt to access another user's or customer's account, object, collection identifier, export, cache, or data;
• upload malware, malicious macros, deceptive files, or code intended to execute on ASINRx systems;
• expose keys, tokens, signed URLs, exports, or confidential data in a public repository, ticket, chat, prompt, log, or unapproved device;
• disable, evade, or falsify authentication, authorization, audit, usage, source, freshness, or security controls;
• use personal devices or unapproved storage for Amazon Information where ASINRx personnel/device rules apply;
• submit personal information without the notices, authority, and legal basis required; or
• submit protected health information, raw payment-card data, government identifiers, children's data, or other specially regulated data unless a signed Order Form expressly permits it.

You must promptly report suspected unauthorized access, disclosure, credential loss, or policy violation to security@asinrx.com.

6. Platform abuse

You must not:

• use the Services for fraud, deception, harassment, discrimination, unlawful surveillance, spam, phishing, sanctions evasion, or illegal goods or conduct;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights;
• falsely claim that output is Amazon-approved or that ASINRx is endorsed by Amazon;
• publish fabricated reviews, ratings, testimonials, performance, recovery, or “best” claims;
• resell, sublicense, timeshare, or make the Services available as a competing service;
• remove notices or misrepresent output, source, completeness, freshness, or confidence;
• use automated requests outside documented interfaces or limits; or
• interfere with another user's use or impose unreasonable cost or load.

7. Required cooperation

ASINRx may ask for information reasonably needed to verify identity, authority, data source, purpose, permissions, recipient, retention, or policy compliance. You must provide accurate information and cooperate with a security or abuse investigation.

If you suspect another user or solution is violating Amazon policy, notify ASINRx immediately. ASINRx may block the activity and report it to Amazon through the channels Amazon designates.

8. Enforcement

ASINRx may remove content, limit a feature, revoke a token, suspend access, preserve evidence, notify affected parties, or terminate the Agreement for a violation. Urgent containment may occur without advance notice. Where appropriate, ASINRx will consider severity, intent, history, harm, cooperation, and remediation.
