Amazon Information Handling Notice

ASINRx is an independent solution provider for Amazon selling partners, built and operated by Mantaro Partners LLC. Amazon does not own, sponsor, endorse, approve, or operate ASINRx.

This notice explains where ASINRx obtains Amazon-related information, why it processes it, how calculations and AI features work, who may receive it, and how long it is kept. It supplements the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Definitions and authorization

“Amazon Information” means information obtained from Amazon APIs, portals, services, or materials, including a report a customer exports from an Amazon portal and submits to ASINRx.

ASINRx processes Amazon Information only for the selling partner whose authorization or documented instruction applies. Each connection uses Amazon's prescribed OAuth flow and the minimum necessary roles. ASINRx will not ask for an Amazon password, session cookie, access/secret key, or shared Solution Provider Portal credential.

The product interface displays source and coverage at the point of use.

3. Purposes and feature behavior

Subject to the customer's subscription and permissions, ASINRx may use Amazon Information to:

validate and import customer reports;
show catalog, sales, margin, inventory, traffic, forecast, purchase-order, chargeback, settlement, and deduction views;
detect customer-specific listing, offer, variation, inventory, or sales conditions;
provide customer-requested reports and exports;
support a customer-specific incident-resolution workflow;
generate customer-requested listing drafts with human review; and
provide read-only, customer-authorized MCP tools.

ASINRx does not use Amazon Information to:

sell an external Amazon data feed;
build or disclose cross-customer benchmarks or competitor intelligence;
advertise to or target Amazon customers;
fabricate reviews or ratings;
operate an unrelated ASINRx or Mantaro Partners business;
train, fine-tune, or improve a generative-AI or machine-learning model; or
modify Amazon content or settings without explicit, action-level authorization.

4. Calculations, coverage, and limitations

Different Amazon reports use different dates, programs, views, currencies, and financial bases. ASINRx identifies, where applicable:

source (customer file or ASINRx SP-API connection);
marketplace and currency;
sourcing/manufacturing view and retail/business program;
requested and available date range;
the “data through” date and whether coverage is complete;
warnings for missing or blank fields;
whether a result is a raw field, sum, average, ratio, percentage, inferred classification, or AI output; and
refresh time or cache age.

Unless a feature says otherwise, financial views use the explicitly identified measure, such as Shipped COGS, rather than silently substituting revenue. A zero may mean a true zero, missing coverage, a failed upstream read, or unavailable data; the interface distinguishes those states.

Customers should compare material decisions with the authoritative Amazon report or portal. Data can be delayed, revised, incomplete, or unavailable. Amazon and other upstream providers control their own schedules and definitions.

5. AI-assisted processing

An optional listing feature may send customer-selected title, bullets, description, ASIN, brand guidance, and an optional PDF or image to the commercial Anthropic API to create a draft. Before submission, ASINRx displays the provider, the exact data types, the purpose, and the expected retention.

Configuration commitments:

no model training or improvement using inputs or outputs;
no feedback or development-partner enrollment;
standard provider deletion windows, or an approved reduced-retention arrangement;
no automatic publication or Amazon-account change; and
qualified human review of every output.

AI output may be inaccurate, non-unique, or inconsistent with Amazon rules. ASINRx describes its AI features by what they actually do — inference with human review — and does not train AI systems on Amazon Information.

6. MCP and customer-selected recipients

ASINRx's hosted MCP service can expose read-only, customer-scoped report and catalog tools to a client the customer authorizes. The customer chooses the client and scopes, and must ensure the recipient:

may lawfully receive Amazon Information;
uses a business/commercial configuration;
does not train on, retain, or repurpose the information;
protects tokens, exports, and downloaded copies; and
deletes the information when no longer needed.

ASINRx applies account grants, tool scopes, quotas, and request audit records. Bulk exports use short-lived URLs with a separate deletion lifecycle for the underlying objects.

7. Personnel and service providers

Only approved ASINRx personnel and subprocessors with a need to know may access Amazon Information. They must have unique accounts, appropriate training, written confidentiality and data-protection duties, and least privilege. ASINRx registers or verifies them in Amazon's Solution Provider Portal when Amazon requires it.

Current providers are disclosed on the Subprocessor List. Third parties receive only the minimum information needed for the approved feature.

8. Retention and deletion

Subject to a documented legal obligation:

Amazon customer personal information, if ASINRx ever receives it for an approved purpose, is retained no longer than 30 days after the related order is delivered;
other Amazon Information is retained only while needed and no longer than 18 months after collection;
temporary processing files, caches, and exports have shorter lifecycles;
a valid deletion notice triggers removal from live systems within 30 days and completion across remaining live online copies no later than 90 days, unless a shorter instruction applies;
revoked or closed accounts lose tokens, grants, sessions, exports, and ordinary access immediately or as soon as technically feasible; and
ASINRx records the systems, processors, and locations containing each class of Amazon Information and can certify deletion when required.

9. Security incidents and policy concerns

Report a lost credential, unauthorized access, disclosure, or suspected policy violation immediately to security@asinrx.com.

ASINRx may suspend access, revoke credentials, preserve evidence, and notify Amazon. ASINRx's internal incident plan includes notifying Amazon security within 24 hours of detecting unauthorized access to Amazon Information or the systems that hold it. ASINRx does not make public statements on Amazon's behalf.
